No matter how you pour it, the central element of any Mexican Lager should be drinkability. After all, these brews are meant to be refreshing on the hottest of summer days. with a clean flavor, and low bitterness.
The flaked maize (corn) added to the mash lends a notable crispness to our Mexican Lager, while pilsner malt ensures perfect clarity, or “clara.”
And while you don’t necessarily need a torta or roasted sweet corn with tajin to enjoy our Mexican Lager, it sure as heck doesn’t hurt!
