Limo, Bus and Large Party Policy

Large groups of 8 or more must call or email ahead of time. Large groups are accommodated between 10am and 12pm and require notification of arrival, at least 48 hours in advance. Office hours are from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Any limousine, bus company and/or large party reservation will have to agree to the following guidelines:

• Agree to make arrangements for any large party they plan to bring onto the property.

• Our responsible service of alcohol requires there be no hard liquor or beer onsite. Please refrain from bringing these onto our property.

• If you allow guests to drink alcohol (liquor, beer, wine) on your bus whilst in transport, please refrain from visiting our property.

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem highly intoxicated

• Agree to not bring overly intoxicated guests onto our property.

• Agree to take any action to remove any problem guests from our property.

• Agree to notify the winery in advance if the arrival time is to change.

• Tour drivers are asked to remain on the property and be available at all times during guest service.

• All tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations
